Habit:
Leaves: Leaves are rounded. They are often bulged. Veins are lighter. Edges bend upwards. Leaves more steeply inserted.

Flowers:
- Upper lip: Lobes of upper lip shortened.
- Lower lip: Lobes of lower lip shortened. Ventrally a denticle is formed, which is very variable. This can even be doubled in extreme cases. This denticle is bulged and laterally compressed.

Roots:
Segregation: Heterozygous plants segregated to 471 Hirz⁺ Hirz⁺ : 803 Hirz⁺ Hirz : 463 Hirz Hirz.
Remarks: Heterozygous plants usually are without denticle.
