• Abstract: a new species is described for the iberian flora: Antirrhinum subbaeticum guemes, mateu & sanchez-gomez (scrophulariaceae), whose morphological, micromorphological, chorological and ecological aspects have been studied. comparative date are presented which allow differentiation of the new taxon from a. valentinum font quer, a. martenii (font quer) rothm. and a. charidemi lange, three species with which it shows some similarity.
